So, I have been waiting for this site to update their stock and they are impossible to get in touch with. I have tried to call Platinum Galleria and have called them and have gotton no response. They are saying something is available mid october…but it is mid october and they have not updated their site. I am just going to order elsewhere…terrible customer service. So, I am looking for a double decker train table and all of the sites that have this one that I am looking for … there is never anyone there to answer any of the calls. What is the point of having a custer service number is no one is going to be there to actually answer it. I don’t want to leave my number with a message…just answer the darn phone and I would just buy it elsewhere but they are all like that! Platinum Galleria was the worst though. If you want to find the best prices for Thomas the Train then you have to go to AC Moore or Micheals. They have the best sales and discounts. Today was buy one and get one free…which is basically 50% off on all thomas the train but it lures you in thinking that you are getting more when you really aren’t. But the prices are great when they have this. Otherwise don’t bother because they are a little better onlien when it comes to the regular prices. Filed under: Toys Comments: None |

There are so many Thomas the Train’s! I am just overwhelmed with all of them. There is a table that I would love to get – it is called the double decker train table and I can not order it until mid October.
