Stone Street is a great site to check out for your Structured Settlement. They have a great site that has a lot of information for you but not only that they have experienced people that can best help you out. And they have a reliable site that is BBB approved as well as have been around for 2 decades serving and helping people getting those Structured Settlements that they deserve. Why not get it all at once. I think that it is much better to do that because you can pay off all of your debts that are just increasing with all the interests that are on the debts as well as the fact that you can profit from the interests that you could be making from that large lump sum. Why just get a fraction of it each year when you can enjoy it all at once. It just makes sence in my opinion. If you could get $250,000 all at once as opposed to $15000 a year then do so because you can do a lot more with a large sum then pennies in the bucket. There are other options other than going bankrupt. I had a very good friend in college whose family when bankrupt and it was very sad because they even lost their home to a foreclosure and the thing was is that they build their home on land his grandmother gave them. And they built their home because his father built houses. It was a sad situation and even 15 years later they have not recovered from everything. They have terrible credit and things just never go their way when it comes to finances. and I think it is because they really don’t know how to manage their money. You can not go out and spend money that you do not have and that means credit cards. If you know that you can not pay it off right away or close to right away then you don’t get it and you live without that little luxury. It is as simple as that. But if you are in this situation then there are other ways and options to explore first before you take that leap and declare bankrupt. I have a really good friend t hat had to declare bankruptcy when we were in college…and 10 years later she is still feeling the effects of what she had to do. She had 20 credit cards all maxed out and there was just no way that she was ever going to be able to pay them all off…it was an endless pile of debt because she got a home she couldn’t really afford! There are services out there that can help you like debt consolidation in New York. Richard S.
