Yes….summer is coming to a close and you may not be wearing those bathing suits however, you still want to look and feel good. And that may mean that you have to lose those few pounds that you have been trying to lose for the past year or so. Sometimes that means diet pills. This does not mean that you want to rely on them but they can help with the process. You still have to exercise. I have used tea tree oil for acne for years now – I love tea tree oil – I have it in my diffusers, and I only get castile tea tree oil soaps. It is natural and is safe for your skin and it really helps with blemishes and other skin problems. You can even use it on your toenails to help clear up problems there. The possibilities of tea tree oil is just amazing and is very under rated. And personally I just love the smell of the tea tree oil. Another thing great for that occational blemish is medihoney! Everyone wants those pretty nails so you want to make sure that they are trimmed and you do not want to have them too long because then they just look ridiculous. There are great sites that have a lot of information about the acne medicine that is out there that could just be the one that is going to work for your skin. Everyone has different kinds or skin so what may work for some people may not work for you. You just have to try different treatments to find that one for you. When you have acne it really affects many parts of your life and your self esteem is one of the main things that are affected.
