Agatha Christie, Agatha Mary Clarissa Miller, was born in 1890 and died in 1976. She wrote 80 detective novels, she also wrote romances under the name of Mary Westmacott. How could we ever forget Hercule Poirot, or Miss Marple.
I love her writing, as billions of others do too. She always had a hint of romance, but it was just a side point. You can sit back and enjoy and wait for the twist at the end. You don’t have to worry about sex or violence, just good reading. What better thing to do, but to curl up on a comfortable chair, on a stormy day, and read until you finish. Love It! She has written so many books it would take a long time to run out of books.
