It is just so important to take your prenatal vitamins when you are pregnant. But did you know that it is just as important to keep taking them after you have that baby especially if you are breastfeeding. Prenatal vitamins are great to take all the time when you are in those child bearing years. It provides you with everything that you need if you want to get pregnant, if you are pregnant or if you are nursing.
