I think that home ventilation is so important. I will sleep with the windows open year round because I love to have the fresh air moving throughout the house. I think that during these winter months the windows in most houses are closed and the air becomes stale and that is when the germs and viruses just stay and linger longer in the home. Ventilation whether it is for a business, car or a home is just so important for your overall health and just freshness of the place. You can breath easier when the area is well ventilated.
