I think I have 10 friends at work that all started their New Years Diet. I guess they wanted to give themselves a few weeks to eat their candy and the left overs So, we have a little contest going on at work and you can use weight loss products, and programs and do what ever you want but every week we will weight ourselves in and we have a pot of money so we are making it a little bit of a contest. But it is not the person that loses the most - it will be like the Biggest Loser and it will be compared to your starting weight.
