I think that everyone should have a nice treadmill in their home to work out with. My mother has always had a treadmill and she loves it. Although she would rather go for a walk it is great on those days that you just don’t want to go out because of the weather. And lately with all the rain we have been getting the treadmill is coming in quite handy for her. My grandmother of 95 years old also has a treadmill and she goes on it for 20 minutes every day…at a slower pace but none the less she still loves it.
