If you have never had a Kettlebell workout you have to try…it really is a great work out. I never really knew what these were before my husband starting working out. He would always talk about kettlebells and I had no idea what he was talking about. And then I saw one…they look like a kettle…hence the name kettlebell But they are great for a work out and they come in different weights and not only that but different colors…love it! There is something about working out in color that makes it so much more enjoyable…colorful weights just make for a better workout for me for some strange reason
